What should I expect?

🌹 Friday, 10/17 – Informal Welcome Hang [Optional]

  • Location: Gold Spike

  • When: Join us anytime between 4 - 7 pm

  • Details: We know how crazy wedding days can be, and want to see everyone–this event adds a bit more time to hang if you want to stop by before your other evening plans. Gold Spike is a massive place with everything from pool, foosball, darts, arcade games, backyard games, etc. There is plenty of comfy seating and we will find a spot somewhere inside (just look for us!). The Happy Hour is from 3-6 pm.

  • Note: We have to get to bed early, so this will be IT for us on Friday night ;) Enjoy your evening but remember Saturday is the big day!

🌹 Saturday, 10/18 – Wedding Party

  • Location: Atomic Liquors

    • There are two buildings on this lot; we will have the one with a giant garage door that faces the patio. The address is 927 E. Fremont St. or "The Kitchen at Atomic" on maps. There will be a "Private Party" sign out front, but you should have no trouble entering.

  • When: 7 - 11 pm; arrive on time!

  • Details: We'll have the whole place to ourselves! Seating is either in large booths or stools with backs.

    • Open bar: This includes everything they offer–any cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks

    • Taco bar: Options are carnitas, pollo asado, carne asada and vegan mushroom, served with corn tortillas and assorted toppings

      • Vegan mushroom tacos are made to order–just ask an employee

    • Dessert: We will have a traditional cake and a nut free/gluten free/vegan option

    • After party: We will continue the party after the official event is over; head over to the main Atomic bar or the patio while we do a quick breakdown and we'll carry on from there!

      Note: Feel free to bring your cameras as we have no official coverage and would love to have as many memories as possible from the night! We'll have details on a shared folder to upload pics.

What should I wear?

It’s Vegas! Wear whatever makes you feel fun and festive. Be as formal as you’d like–if you want to do a full gown or a sequin suit, now is the time. But most importantly, we want you to be comfortable and have a great time.

Do we have a gift registry?

We understand making a weekend trip to Vegas is no small feat for a lot of folks. Your presence is enough of a present for us! However, if you feel inclined, we do have a honeymoon fund set up. If you’d prefer to give in person, we will also have a cash or check box set up at the party.

When should I plan to arrive and leave?

We recommend flying in at least by Friday, 10/17 in the evening, and depending on how much you enjoy partying into the night, leaving in the evening on Sunday, 10/19 or Monday, 10/20.

Where should I stay?

All events will be taking place in Downtown Vegas. We will be staying at The Golden Nugget, although there are a lot of great downtown hotels. You’re welcome to stay at your favorite if you have one elsewhere in Vegas, but consider that you’ll be taking transportation to and from your accommodation rather than a quick walk/stumble.

Keep in mind that vacation rentals like Airbnb and VRBO are heavily restricted in Vegas, so we recommend being careful if you book one, as it could get canceled if it’s not above board.

What about kids?

If you can swing it, we think it’s best to make this an adults-only trip.
